Golly, I'd imagine! Well, the way I'd say it might be mispronounced, but Sylvana to me is
"Sil-vahh-nahh" with the soft 'a'. I do the same with "Paz" (I have a Filipino co-worker) and it drives me insane when everyone else calls her "Pazz" xP

Yeah, I think getting settled in and whatnot will be the worst of it, once I'm used to how things are run it should be fine.. like school.

Nah, it's a normal college about 45 min away or so, I might be majoring in Biology, but I'm not really sure yet.
